Radiant Bloom Wellness uses this website to share information about our massage services, booking flow, and business. Please use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation. Website information or access may change or be temporarily unavailable.
Booking Through Vagaro
Choose a service and session length on our Services page to continue to Vagaro. Vagaro is a separate, third-party booking and transaction service. It handles appointment booking and the applicable checkout interaction. When using Vagaro, you may also be subject to its applicable terms and privacy practices. Radiant Bloom Wellness does not control Vagaro's service or its privacy and security practices.
Pricing, Availability, and Payment
Vagaro displays current appointment availability and transactional pricing during booking. A credit card is required to reserve your appointment.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations and rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment price.
True No-Shows
A true no-show occurs when a client does not appear for the scheduled appointment and gives no notice. A true no-show may be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment price. The missed appointment cannot be rescheduled in place of that charge.
Late Arrivals
If a client arrives late, the appointment still ends at its originally scheduled time. Treatment time may be shortened, and the full scheduled-session price still applies. If Radiant Bloom Wellness causes the delay, the client will receive the full scheduled treatment time.
10-Session Packages and Refunds
For clients who make massage part of their regular wellness routine, a 10-session package is available at 10% off regular session pricing. Purchase a 10-session package and enhancements are included at no additional charge with your package sessions. A client may request a refund for unused sessions in a 10-session package. To calculate the refundable balance, sessions already used are recalculated at the regular individual-session rate rather than the discounted package rate. That recalculated amount is deducted from the package amount paid to determine the remaining refundable balance.
Professional Conduct and Boundaries
Massage services are professional and therapeutic only. Inappropriate, sexual, threatening, abusive, harassing, or otherwise unsafe conduct is not permitted. Radiant Bloom Wellness or Solara Nguyen, LMT may immediately end a session for client misconduct. The full scheduled appointment price may still apply to a session ended for client misconduct, and Radiant Bloom Wellness may refuse future service. Potentially unlawful conduct may be reported to appropriate authorities where appropriate.
Client Comfort and Communication
Clients may communicate pressure preferences, request that an area not be worked on, or ask to stop treatment at any time.
Health and Intake
Clients must provide accurate and relevant health information that may affect massage services. Solara Nguyen, LMT may modify, postpone, or decline a service when appropriate for client safety or professional reasons. Massage and wellness services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or other appropriate medical care.
